Recipe: 20 ml Sambuca, 50ml Bourbon, Dash of Angostura Bitters, Mix in mixing glass and strain over ice into a tumbler & garnish with a slice of orange
Onyx Crystal Head Vodka£45, ThreshersCreated by Ghostbusters star Dan Ackroyd, a Spooky take on their award-winning vodka, Perfect ingredient for a Bloody Mary.
Recipe: 50ml vodka, 150ml tomato juice, Black pepper, Celery Salt (or normal salt), Worcester Sauce, Tabasco Sauce, Fresh lemon & Celery stick.
Method: Put a handful of ice in a tall glass or tumbler and pour in the vodka. Top up the glass with tomato juice. Add a twist of black pepper, a pinch of celery salt, a dash of Worcester Sauce, a few drops of Tabasco and a generous dash of Fino sherry. Add a squeeze of fresh lemon and stir with a celery stick.
