Grayson Perry: transvestites, tours and teddy bears

Starting his career as a controversial ‘transvestite potter’, Grayson Perry went on to win the Turner Prize in 2003, before becoming a bestselling author and broadcaster, tackling themes on social class and striving to change the face of masculinity.

Next month, Grayson is set to go on tour with a social commentary show called Them & Us, promising an evening of laughs, discussion and insight - and his alter-ego Claire is along for the ride too.

We'll be hearing all about it - as well as the importance of his childhood teddy bear, and what happened when his wife donated some of his art to a charity shop.
