George Best's ex-wife: His ghost still visits me

• Alex Best fears George's ghost is stopping her from finding love

It’s been 11 years since George Best died following a long and well-documented battle with alcoholism, but his spirit lives on - so much so that his ex-wife Alex says she’s haunted by his ghost.

The 45-year-old model believes moving furniture, lights being switched on and off and keys being hidden are all the work of George - and she also says his constant presence could be the reason she’s struggled to find love again.

She joins us alongside editor of The Skeptic, Deborah Hyde, who says Alex’s brain is simply seeing what it wants to see.
