Garlic butter hasselback potatoes

Serves: 2-4

Ingredients

1 can tinned new potatoes, drained

30g butter or spreadable butter

20g olive oil

3 cloves garlic, crushed

Small handful of chopped parsley, finely chopped

Sea salt flakes
