The Internet Watch Foundation is a charity fighting back against the proliferation of child pornography with a crackdown on child sex abuse images.

Since 1996, the IWF has recruited and trained staff to analyse and report abusive images of children.

Sarah Smith, 39, is a technical researcher for the IWF, and for the past four years she has been employed to watch and report some of the world's most harrowing images... and she says it is the most rewarding job in the world.
