Eamonn Holmes becomes patron of The Amy May Trust

We are delighted to celebrate this day with the announcement that Eamonn Holmes OBE has become the Patron of the Amy May Trust.

Amy, who worked as an online producer for This Morning until life changed drastically after suffering complications following an allergic reaction to nuts.

Eamonn has shown continual interest and support for Amy since her life changed, as well as for those who live with a nut allergy, and today he has become an official advocate of The Amy May Trust.

Amy has appeared on ITV's This Morning on several occasions, along with her parents and Tom and Julie of The Amy May Trust.This sharing of her story on a national level plays a major role in our work to highlight the seriousness of nut allergies while raising essential awareness.

Speaking on Eamonn's appointment, the trust wrote on their website: "Thank you, Eamonn for offering your Patronage to The Trust.
