Dubunk those juicing myths
In the last year retailers have reported a massive boom in the sale of juicers as part of a trend that began in California and grew with the endorsement of hundreds of celebrities.
However recent reports have shown that people are actually deceiving themselves about their sugar intake by swapping fizzy drinks for juices and smoothies and news just yesterday revealed that soaring numbers of people are suffering dental problems due to juice diets.
So today nutritionist Elsa Jones is going to debunk some important juicing myths and show us the juices that are still healthy but won't make us secretly put on weight or destroy our teeth!
Vitamin Booster: this juice is an easy way to start juicing as naturally sweet. Good source of beta-carotene for glowing skin and lemon is a natural detoxifier. Ginger is a natural anti-inflammatory.
