David Ginola opens up about his health scare

Last month, former England manager Glenn Hoddle collapsed from a heart attack before being saved by a television sound technician who performed CPR. This weekend, newspapers reported he’s now recovering from heart surgery.

The incident - which made headlines across the country - struck a chord with former French footballer David Ginola, who was pronounced clinically dead for eight minutes after suffering a similar ordeal in 2016. Luckily, he too, was saved by someone with CPR training.

In spite of the scare, David went back to work three weeks after his operation - something he now regrets. He joins us as he shares his advice to a recuperating Glenn Hoddle and his campaign for more people to be trained in CPR. Plus, Dr Chris has advice on how to keep your heart fit and healthy.
