Craig Doyle heads to the home of the Olympics
As the Olympic torch enters the final leg of its journey towards Paris, This Morning visits Greece where the original flame was lit. Not just in terms of the original games in Olympia but the rebirth of the modern games in the Panathenaic Stadium in Athens 1896. Then 108 years later when the games returned to Athens in 2004 Craig Doyle was there for the opening ceremony.
He tours this incredible stadium that gave birth to this modern sporting phenomenon, meets the president of the team who helped restore it, and goes for a run with modern Athenians who use it for their morning jog.
