Celebrating World Book Day with Britain's best children's authors
Along with 100 countries around the globe, we’re marking World Book Day by celebrating two of Britain’s biggest children’s authors. From Liz Pichon’s iconic ‘Tom Gates’ books which have sold nearly 17 million copies, to Lauren Child’s BAFTA-winning ‘Charlie and Lola’ series, they’ll be telling us all about their own stories to success - and highlighting why the day is so important, with almost 1 million children not owning a single book.
LAUREN'S LATEST NOVEL 'CLARICE BEAN: SMILE' IS OUT ON MARCH 28TH.
LIZ'S NOVEL 'TOM GATES BOOK OF EVERYTHING' WILL BE PUBLISHED IN MAY.
