British Airways sexism row
British Airways has sparked a sexism row as it's claimed managers have warned female cabin crew about wearing the ‘wrong bras’. Stewardesses have accused bosses at the airline of showing a lack of respect after they allegedly banned them from wearing underwear that shows through their white uniform blouses.
Former air hostess Charmaine Davies is appalled and doesn’t believe the same rules would be applied to male staff. But etiquette expert Liz Brewer backs BA managers and thinks all staff should wear bras ‘appropriate’ for their job.
