Bigger bust? We've got the bra for you
Many women dream of having bigger breasts, but if you already have them, what problems do they bring?
According to recent headlines, one in five British women suffer pain caused by their breasts when exercising, leading University of Portsmouth researchers to recommend getting sports bras professionally fitted.
For the less sporty, but equally well endowed, there are a new ranges of strapless bras too - in larger sizes.
We asked three regular ladies to road-test some of the high street's trickiest bras over the weekend. They recorded their own cameraphone video diaries to share with us - so how did they get on?
Five tips for a better fitting bra
When you buy a new bra, fasten it on the last hooks, as this will allow you to tighten it as the under bust band gets looser with wear
The straps should sit parallel on the back
Your breasts should fit neatly into the cups, with no gaping or overhang. If underwired, the wire should go the whole way around the contour of your breasts.
Make sure your breasts are sat right in your bra – lean forward and let them fall into position
Take advantage of one of the High Street’s many bra-fitting services. These are free and will provide an expert opinion.
