The most emotional performances of the series

There's nothing like music to evoke all the feels... and The Voice UK has had its fair share of tear-jerking performances over the series. Get the tissues ready as we relive some of the most memorable weepers!

1. Trinity Leigh-Cooper's 'Stone Cold' (Blind Auditions)

Trinity-Leigh was just 16 years old when she nervously stepped onto the stage in the first episode of the Blind Auditions, only to blow us all away as we felt the emotion in every word of her version of Demi Lovato’s ‘Stone Cold’. As tears of relief came over her after the final note, Meghan and Olly both ran onto the stage to give the student a mammoth hug, leaving us scrambling for the tissues.

2. Zion's 'Glory' (Blind Auditions)

In week two of the Blinds we met Zion. You could hear a pin drop as the 26-year-old hit his first note, and the passion in his voice cut through to Tom, who couldn’t help but turn on hearing his raw, powerful version of Common and John Legend’s ‘Glory’.

3. Gevanni Hutton's ‘Everybody’s Free’ (Blind Auditions)

17-year-old Gevanni may be one of the series’ younger Acts, but his humble and wise ways have repeatedly floored us. He chose the epic ‘Everybody’s Free (To Feel Good)’ by Quindon Tarver for his Blind Audition, and the bold song choice paid off as Will turned his chair. The Coach was reduced to tears when Gevanni’s proud father ran on stage to hug him.

4. Darci Wilders' 'Can't Help Falling In Love' (Blind Auditions)

Meghan couldn't help but fall in love with a mini version of herself in Darci Wilders, who sang a beautiful rendition of Elvis Presley's 'Can't Help Falling In Love' for her Blind Audition. We got plenty of goosebumps as the 19-year-old's proud Daddy supported her from the sidelines. A gorgeous voice for a gorgeous song!

5. Baby Sol's 'Blackbird' (The Knockouts)

Baby Sol went from heading to the Blind Auditions without any friends and family knowing, to having an army of supporters cheering her name at the Knockouts, and the personal story behind her song choice cut through with every captivating note. Relive this stunning version of The Beatles’ ‘Blackbird’ from a uniquely talented Act.

6. Doug Sure's 'Don't Watch Me Cry' (The Knockouts)

We loved Doug Sure's raw, dreamy vocals from the second we heard them at the Blind Auditions, but it was his Knockout performance that really stole our hearts. Singing Jorja Smith's 'Don't Watch Me Cry', the London electrician reduced Olly to tears, and had the whole studio transfixed.
