She’s brought the party to every performance - and now energetic entertainer Lucy Calcines is bringing it to the Semi-Final for Team Will!

Blind Audition

Lucy’s powerful vocals earned her a four-chair turn in the Blind Auditions, as she owned the stage with her version of J Balvin, Willy William and Beyonce’s ‘Mi Gente’.

The 22-year-old had the pick of the Coaches but there was no contest when will.i.am casually name-dropped J Balvin himself into the pitch, and Lucy decided that the Black Eyed Peas singer was the Coach for her!

The Battles

The roof was raised as Lucy Calcines turned up the latino flavour in the Battles, performing Little Mix’s ‘Bounce Back’ against Alia Lara.

We were all on our feet, Olly had a little chair dance, the studio roof was raised and Lucy earned her ticket to the Knockouts!

The Knockouts

Lucy showed even more versatility at the Knockouts - impressing Will and Guest Mentor Jesy Nelson with her piano skills, which she rocked at the start of her performance of Charlie Puth’s ‘Attention’.

The vocals were on point too, and Lucy showed Will exactly what she was made of, leaving him no choice but to hand her a place in the final 8!
