Brooke Scullion’s Journey to the Final

20-year-old Brooke has been on an epic journey since taking to the stage as our very first Act of the series! Let’s find out how the student from Derry sang her way to the Semi-Final with Team Meghan.

Blind Audition

Brooke wowed the Coaches with at the Blind Auditions, and earned the first four chair turn of the series with her gorgeous performance of Lewis Capaldi’s ‘Bruises’.

After some serious pitching, it was Meghan she chose as her Coach.

The Battles

Brooke headed into the Battles with Jordan Phillips, and the pair tackled the Adele track ‘Water Under The Bridge’ in style:

Brooke was visibly emotional about saying goodbye to her pal Jordan after Meghan declared her the winner of the Battle, but Jordan lived to sing another day when Olly used his Steal to bring the cheeky chappy to his Team!

The Knockouts

At the Knockouts Brooke continued to take on some serious female solo artists, stepping into superstar status herself with a classy rendition of Rihanna’s ‘Stay’.

Meghan was left with a tough call, and Brooke was beyond shocked to hear she’d be taking her place in the final 8!

The Semi-Final

Just one song stood in the way between Brooke and a place in the Final, so when she stepped on stage to perform Miley Cyrus and Mark Ronson’s ‘Nothing Breaks Like a Heart’ she gave it her all.

With her Coach Meghan admitting she had “full body chills” throughout, it was only right that she nabbed one of those spots in the Final!
