NON-TX £1K OPT-IN PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Who can enter:

Prize Draw open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

How to enter & cost of entry:

When you opt-in to receive marketing material via itv.com/win you are automatically entered into the Prize Draw for the month in which you have opted-in and for each subsequent month until you opt-out. For example, you will be an entrant for the January Prize Draw if you opt-in between 00.00 a.m. on 1 January 2021 and 11.59 p.m. on 31 January 2021 and then you will continue to be an entrant for every subsequent draw until you opt-out.

If you opt-out from receiving marketing material at any time before the close of that month’s Prize Draw (anytime before 11.59 p.m. on the last day of the month), you will be entered into that month’s Prize Draw but will not be entered into any subsequent Prize Draws, unless you opt-in again via itv.com/win.

If your itv.com/win account has been inactive for a period of six (6) months, you will be removed from all subsequent Prize Draws following the Prize Draw that took place in the sixth month of your inactivity.

Only 1 entry per phone number provided. There is no charge for entry but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.

Opening/closing date & time:

The Prize Draw will be open for entry to those entrants who opt-in between 00.00am on first day of each month and 11.59 pm on the last day of each month. For each following month, all entrants who remain opted-in, or who opt-in, at any time between 00:00 on the first day of each month and 11:59 on the last day of each month will be entered into the Prize Draw.

Winner selection & contact:

Each draw will take place within one week of the closing date for each month.
Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first correct entry drawn each month at random from all eligible and correct entries will win the prize.

Prize:

There is one prize per month consisting of £1,000 (one thousand pounds) made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only, within 28 days of winner confirmation.
