Not so Little Ant and Dec
Back in 2003 Ant and Dec unleashed Little Ant and Dec, two cheeky eight year olds on the worlds biggest stars.
Unafraid to say exactly what was on their minds, Little Ant and Dec got to run around Number 10 Downing Street, had a knicker fight with Kylie Minogue and challenged Victoria Beckham to a penalty shoot out.
Last seen on screen in 2006, James Pallister (Little Ant) and Dylan McKenna-Redshaw (Little Dec) are back but as viewers saw on the first show of the brand new series, they are now 18 years old, and not so little...
The pair have now handed over the baton to a brand new Little Ant & Dec, who are set to create even more chaos on ‘A’ list stars.
The pair admit that they enjoyed seeing Ant and Dec again and have some advice for the new Little Ant and Dec.
Dylan said,“It’s always good to see Ant and Dec again. They were shocked when they saw us, it’s been a few years since we have caught up and we are much taller!"
“It was a really good experience. Me and James used to joke with Ant and Dec. They were great teachers! Looking back I guess we were able to be more naughty and cheeky than they would have got away with.”
James added, “Times have changed. I don’t think I look like a Little Ant now but I really enjoyed the experience and its something I’ll never forget.”
Dylan had some advice for the two new editions. He said, “The two little boys taking over the mantle simply need to relax and enjoy the experience."
"It’s good fun and they will learn a lot and meet a lot of people. I am sure they will have a fab time. My advice would be make sure you eat plenty of sweets and make sure you keep the wardrobe and make up team on their toes!”
James agreed and said, “They should just enjoy it. Time will fly for them!”
Whilst they both admit they missed being a part of the show, they enjoyed having their Saturdays back and hanging around with their school friends.
James added, “Me and Dylan will always be life long friends. We shared a great experience together and if we lived closer we would probably share a few drinks together on a regular basis.”
