ITV Racing to show five races from Longchamp with Sir Mark Prescott joining the studio team

ITV Racing will show five live races from Longchamp on Sunday 1 October with the highlight, the Qatar Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe, Europe’s richest flat race.

Last year's winning trainer, Sir Mark Prescott, will be part of the studio coverage for a guest slot and will look back on last year’s remarkable triumph with his mare, Alpinista.

Sir Mark will join Ed Chamberlin and Francesca Cumani, alongside Arc-winning jockey, Johnny Murtagh and Matt Chapman, with Oli Bell live from Longchamp.

It follows two busy days of racing from Newmarket’s Cambridgeshire meeting on ITV3 and ITVX on Friday 29 and Saturday 30 September 13.30 - 16.00The Opening Show is on Saturday 30 September 9.30 - 10.30 on ITV4 and ITVX.
