Indigo Lake, the 'Frankel Foal', runs on ITV Racing this Saturday 15 August

Indigo Lake, the Juddmonte ‘Frankel foal’, that ITV Racing have followed from ‘birth to racetrack’ makes his ‘Saturday debut’ at Newmarket this weekend in the 2.05, The Heed Your Hunch at Betway Handicap Stakes.

By Frankel out of Responsible, he was born in February 2017 and the ITV team have followed him since, helping naming him via a poll on social media in April 2019 and following his racecourse debut last December. He won his first race in June this year at Doncaster.

Paul Cooper, ITV Racing Editor, says:

“We always hoped that one day the beautiful foal that we waited so eagerly for in 2017 would make it onto our Saturday afternoon screens and we are so excited that that day is now here!
