London, February 10th: BritBox today announced content launching on the service throughout March 2021.
March will see the addition of twenty new feature films including Eye in the Sky featuring Helen Mirren and one of the last performances by the late Alan Rickman, The Dressmaker starring Kate Winslet and The Inbetweeners 2.
BritBox will also take subscribers ‘Back to the 90s’ with hundreds of episodes of classic 90s telly, including new additions Drop the Dead Donkey, Hamish MacBeth and Game On.
4th March
Back to the 90s Collection
An anthology of 90s content including all six seasons of Drop the Dead Donkey (1990), every episode of Game On (1995) starring Samantha Womack, all three seasons of Hamish Macbeth (1995) starring Robert Carlyle, seven-part drama GBH (1991) starring Robert Lindsay and Michael Palin, children’s TV adventure Jungle Run (1999), the first three seasons of The Crystal Maze (1990) and select episodes of Knightmare (1987).
Death in Paradise Season 9 (2020)
The team are back solving mind-bending murders in the glorious sunshine. This year sees the arrival of a new DI, Neville Parker, but Saint Marie isn’t exactly his idea of paradise.
11th March
Gunpowder (2017)
In London, 1605, Robert Catesby, a 33-year-old Warwickshire gentleman, devises a plot to blow up Parliament and kill the king. Starring Kit Harrington, Liv Tyler and Mark Gatiss.
Stacey Dooley Investigates (various)
A selection of documentaries including Mums Selling Their Kids for Sex, Gypsy Kids in Crisis, The Young and Homeless, Stacey Meets the IS Brides.
Hi-De-Hi (1980)
Jimmy Perry and David Croft's popular comedy set in a holiday camp starring Paul Shane, Simon Cadell, Ruth Madoc, Jeffrey Holland and Su Pollard. Under the austere eye of Entertainment Manager Jeffrey Fairbrother, the Yellowcoats tirelessly attempt to entertain British holidaymakers at the Maplins resort in the fictional seaside town of Crimpton-on-Sea. Cue comic capers and jolly japes!
The Woman in White (2018)
The lives of two half-sisters and their drawing master get caught up in a deadly conspiracy revolving around a mentally ill woman dressed all in white. Starring Jessie Buckley and Dougray Scott.
The Naked Civil Servant (1975)
Drama directed by Jack Gold and starring John Hurt as Quentin Crisp. The film traces the life of the flamboyant and eccentric Crisp, a gay British man, as he grows up and grows old in a conservative society which treats his sexuality as a criminal offence. The cast also includes John Rhys-Davies, Roger Lloyd-Pack and Stanley Lebor.

Feature Films (various)
Twenty additional British feature films. Comedies include The Inbetweeners 2 (2014), Fever Pitch (1997), Wild West (1992), and Living Apart Together (1982). Dramas include Disobedience (2017), The Dressmaker (2015), Closing Numbers (1993), The Good Father (1985), Lean on Pete (2017), Giro City (1982), The Ploughman’s Lunch (1983), Runners (1983), Scrubbers (1982), Winter Flight (1984) and I’m Not a Witch (2017). Thrillers and mysteries round off the collection with Eye in the Sky (2015), Birthday Girl (2001), Bad Sister (2015) and The Disappearance of Finbar (1996).

Normal for Norfolk (2016)
Documentary series following eccentric gentleman farmer Desmond MacCarthy as he struggles to keep his 17th-century manor home afloat, while holding on to the country traditions of his childhood.
Last Tango in Halifax Seasons 4 & 5 (2016, 2020)
Bafta-winning series following the surprising and uplifting journey of Celia and Alan as they rekindle a passionate relationship after 60 years apart. Their marriage is proof that, whatever your age, relationships will always be complicated.
Trigonometry (2020)
Drama series about three people who are made for each other. Starring Ariane Labed, Thalissa Teixeira and Gary Carr.
Great Night Out (2013)
Four mates enjoy a weekly boys' get-together in Stockport. Starring William Ash, Lee Boardman and Craig Parkinson.
The Doctors (2020)
A bumper Doc-who-mentary of pure nostalgia for all Doctor Who fans with over 60 hours of unmissable insight including interviews, clips and messages from a host of stars, including the Doctors themselves.
25th March
National Treasure (2016)
Robbie Coltrane, Julie Walters, Andrea Riseborough and Tim McInnerny star in Jack Thorne's four-part drama about an ageing comedian when he's accused of a sexual assault that dates back to the 90s.
Civilisations (2018)
A nine-part series that tells the story of art from the dawn of human history to the present day — for the first time on a global scale.
