ITV will broadcast the England Women’s Senior teams upcoming international friendly match against the USA.

England will face the current World Cup holders USA, exclusively broadcast live and free to air on ITV and ITV Hub.

The match taking place at Wembley Stadium on Friday 7th October, will kick off at 8pm, with ITV’s broadcast starting at 7:30pm.

The match will be the first meeting between the two nations at Wembley Stadium, with Sarina Wiegmans side returning to the home of their UEFA Women’s EURO 2022 triumph over Germany.

Niall Sloane, ITV Director of Sport, said: “It’s an exciting time for women’s football, particularly the success of the England Lionesses. The European Champions vs the World Champions is an outstanding fixture and we are delighted to bring this match to fans, free to air on ITV.”

ITV is the home of the England Lionesses, airing the England Women’s Senior teams World Cup Qualifiers and friendly matches as part of a four year deal announced last year. All games will be broadcast live and free to air on ITV, ITV4 and the ITV Hub.

England Women's will face Austria on Saturday 3rd September and Luxembourg on Tuesday 6th September. England can clinch their World Cup qualification in the game against Austria.
