ITV Hub will revisit another vintage sporting year, delving into its archive to bring viewers the 2003 Rugby World Cup tournament in Rugby World Cup 2003 Revisited
Complete coverage of the fifth Rugby World Cup will play out exclusively across ITV Hub from Monday 20 July, with all England matches also playing out on ITV4.
Audiences can relive all the euphoria from a year that saw the England team go head to head with host nation Australia in a bid to lift the trophy, in an epic bid for glory that sealed Jonny Wilkinson’s status as one of the all time sporting greats.
All 48 games will be available on the Hub, starting with the first round group stages which saw England take on Georgia, Scotland play against Japan, Wales vs Canada and Ireland vs Romania.
ITV Hub’s latest trip down sporting memory lane follows its recent revival of Euro 96, which generated More than 600,000 consumption hours and nearly 1 million streaming requests via ITV Hub.
