The Royal Devon and Exeter hospital is appealing for any registered nurses who are available to work tomorrow to come forward.
The trust that runs the hospital is anticipating disruption to their normal services caused by the ongoing snowfall across the region.

An amber warning is in place across the area tonight and tomorrow.
“To help us continue to run our services safely tomorrow we are urging all registered nurses who are available to work tomorrow to please call our staffing hub as soon as possible today on 01392 406172.
“In light of the bad weather in and around Exeter today we are busy implementing contingency plans to ensure we minimise disruption to our normal services over the coming days.
"We are very grateful for the support of staff and the public."
The couple were driving from their wedding in Bristol to a hotel in Newquay when the snow hit.
