Police appealing for witnesses after fatal collision in North Somerset

Police are appealing for witnesses after a woman died following a collision with a car in North Somerset.

Avon and Somerset Police say the collision happened on 14 December at 5.10pm on Yatton High Street.

The pedestrian was taken to Southmead Hospital with a serious leg injury and she sadly died during the early hours of 21 December.

Officers are asking anyone with information to call 101.
