Jamie McDonald prepares for another adventure marathon

A long distance runner, who raised over £200,000 for running 5,000 miles across Canada in 2014, dressed as a superhero, is now set for another adventure.

Jamie McDonald, from Gloucester, raised more than £200,00, which went towards children's charities in Canada and the UK such as Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity and the charity which supports Gloucestershire Royal Hospital.

He sets off on the 6th of November for his year-long quest, but took out some time to join our presenters, Jonty Messer and Eli-Louise Wringe, in the studio:
