Police searching for two sex offenders

Police are hunting for two sex offenders who have absconded from an open prison.

Christopher Addison, 37, and Scott Noon, 41, both left HMP Leyhill in South Gloucestershire at about 5.45pm on Thursday.

Both men are currently serving indeterminate sentences - Addison for a sexual assault and Noon for rape and grievous bodily harm.

Addison has been described as white, 5ft 10in tall with a thin build and clean-shaven. He has brown hair and brown eyes. He has "MAM" tattooed on his right upper arm.

Noon is white, 5ft 8ins tall and of medium build, with brown hair, a moustache and blue eyes.

Police are asking anyone who sees either man to call 999 and give the reference number 5217172019.

Anyone with information as to their whereabouts is being asked to call 101 and quote the same number.
