Police confirm sudden death of girl in Cornwall

Enquiries are ongoing after the sudden death of a girl in Cornwall.

Police were called at around 2.15pm on Tuesday 17 May to an address in Pool, Redruth.

Paramedics attended but the girl was pronounced dead at the scene. Her next of kin has been informed.

Enquiries are continuing to establish the circumstances surrounding her death but it is not thought to be suspicious.
