As one of the leading Brexit figures, he's unveiling the Vote Leave battle bus as he prepares to travel across the country.
Appearing on Good Morning Britain this morning, he acknowledged that Cornwall receives a large sum of EU money. However he argued that this was really Britain's membership money returning, and it would be better to cut out the middle man:
