125 years ago the world's best-selling novelist was born in South Devon. What Agatha Christie went on to achieve in her lifetime was quite remarkable.
She published 83 books and created characters that are familiar to millions of people. To co-incide with her birthday her home town of Torquay cracked open champagne, magic tricks - and even the Poirot moustache, honouring her legacy with a day of glorious, and stylish, celebration.
