Avon and Somerset Police employee tribunal dismissed
Avon and Somerset Police have released a statement after an employment tribunal against the force is dropped.
This afternoon the three claimants in the Employment Tribunal taking place in Bristol withdrew all their allegations in full, which included harassment, victimisation and sex discrimination.
These claims have always been robustly resisted in their entirety by Avon and Somerset Constabulary.
As a result of the allegations being withdrawn, the Chair has formally dismissed the claims and closed the Tribunal.
