Gordon Oliver remain Torbay Mayor

The final election result this evening was a victory for the Conservatives in Torbay as their Mayor, Gordon Oliver will continue for a second term in the position.

The Liberal Democrat candidate came in a close second, just six hundred and twenty one votes behind.
