The newly built giant chimney stack of a controversial incinerator in St Dennis was filmed swinging in the wind. The company has attached some temporary bracing.

People living near a giant incinerator at St Dennis in Cornwall, looked on in horror last night as one of the newly built chimneys started swaying in the wind.
This video, taken by one of the residents, shows the hundred metre stack getting loose.
The company says that the swaying is not a cause for concern but it has attached some temporary bracing.
A permanent platform will be installed when the final sections are in place.
