An inquest has been opened into the deaths of a mother and baby who fell to their deaths beside the Clifton Suspension Bridge. Charlotte Bevan and her baby Zaani Tiana were found dead in the Avon Gorge after Ms Bevan walked out of a maternity hospital with her baby.
Tributes and flowers have been left at the Avon Gorge for Charlotte Bevan and her 4 day old baby daughter. Charlotte's body was found on Wednesday night, a day after she disappeared from St Michael's hospital.
Hopes that a newborn baby girl who went missing with her mother will be found alive are fading as the search approaches its third day.
