Funeral of Bruton hit and run victim
The funeral has taken place of 84-year-old David Hick who was killed in a hit and run while out walking his dogs in Bruton on 14 October.
Woman released without charge after Bruton hit-and-run
Police have been given more time to question a man arrested in connection with a fatal hit and run in Somerset. 84 year old David Hick was killed in the crash in Bruton on Tuesday night. A man in his 40s from Somerset is being held on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. A woman, who was also arrested, has been released without charge. Police are still looking for a car, a dark-coloured Chrysler Grand Voyager in connection with the crash.
