Local election results
Local council and European elections have taken place across the region. Council results are coming in throughout Friday but the Euro results will not be out until Sunday because voting is still taking place on the continent.
Labour gain most seats in Weymouth and Portland
Labour gained three more seats in Weymouth and Portland, with one UKIP councillor also being elected. The authority remains with no one party in overall control.
