Should wearing seat belts on coaches be compulsory?

It's emerged that some of the passengers in the coach that crashed near Looe, killing two women and injuring others, were not wearing seat belts. It is not clear if that was a factor in their injuries but we asked what people thought about seat belts on coaches.
