Kate O'Mara's ashes to be interred at Tewkesbury Abbey

The ashes of the actress Kate O'Mara will be interred at Tewkesbury Abbey.

That's according to her best friend, Patricia Shakesby, who lives in Tewkesbury.

She said she had moved about a great deal in her life but had come to love the town while visiting her friend.

The star, who died from cancer at the weekend, was best known for appearing in the 1980's TV soap Dynasty.
