National rail say no trains are running between Penzance and Plymouth due to disruption by the weather.
Storms destroyed an 80m section of track running along the sea front at Dawlish. Work is underway to try and repair it.
Passengers are advised to check the National Rail website before travelling.
Four homes in Torcross had to be evacuated after storm damage smashed the front of the properties.
