A Coroner has recorded a narrative verdict at the inquest into the death of 4-year-old Sean Turner. The little boy died after undergoing heart surgery at the Bristol Children's Hospital.
Sean Turner inquest expected to conclude today
The inquest into the death of four year-old Sean Turner is expected to conclude today. He died following heart surgery at Bristol Children's Hospital and the inquest has heard claims of "deficiencies in care" while Sean was a patient on Ward 32 in 2012.
Up to 10 families are thought to be taking legal action against University Hospitals Bristol NHS Trust over treatment on the same ward.
