The dockyard lost the power that it uses to cool nuclear reactors in Submarines in July 2012.

There are safety concerns over nuclear submarines at Devonport dockyard. It follows the failure of a nuclear ring main which caused a loss of power.
The local MP says he now wants a meeting with the owners of the Dockyard over the incident. From Plymouth, Bob Cruwys reports.
