We've been to Exeter to meet our fourth and final nominee in the Pride of Britain 'Local Hero' Award.
Neil Parsons set up Lympstone Boxing Club 45 years ago and devotes around five days and nights a week to the club, which is now based in Exmouth - and he does all this unpaid.
