The Co-founder of Bristol-based cancer charity Penny Brohn Cancer Care has died.
Pat Pilkington launched the organisation as the Bristol Cancer Help Centre, before it was renamed.
She was awarded an MBE in 2003.
Her family has said she passed away on Monday.
