First Great Western has launched an investigation after hundreds of passengers were left stranded on a Penzance to London Paddington train for almost six hours yesterday.
The 11 am service stalled near Pewsey in Wiltshire after a fractured pipe caused the breaks to lock. eventually arriving at quarter-past-ten last night. Full refunds are being offered.
