Sherford New Town
The Government has announced £32 million funding for a new town in Plymouth and South Hams. 5,500 homes are planned for Sherford.

More details will be revealed today about a new town to be built in Devon.
Part of the proposed Sherford development lies within Plymouth and the rest within the South Hams.
When finished in 2021 it will have 5,500 homes.
