The inquest into the deaths of father and daughter Nick and Emily Milligan who were killed by a speedboat in Padstow in May 2013, is taking place.

Rob Atkinson, Padstow Harbour Master says the community is in shock after two people died in a speedboat accident. Mr Atkinson goes on to appeal boat users to make sure their kill cord is working correctly, a safety feature which cuts off the engine if the driver loses control.
