Police have cordoned off part of Torquay after finding an 'unexplained device' in a garden.
Residents return home as cordon is lifted
Police are investigating a suspcious device that was found in the back garden of a house in Torquay. Residents were evacuated after a bomb disposal team was called to Falloway Close this afternoon - tonight the cordon has been lifted. Tamsin Eames reports.
