A man is fighting for his life in hospital after being found with serious head injuries in a Bath street.
The man, named as Paul Keightley, was found on Saturday morning at around 3.50am in Westmoreland Station Road, close to Jewsons Builders Merchants.
The 38-year-old, who lives locally, was last seen at 11.55pm on Friday night when he left the Green Park Tavern on Lower Bristol Road. He was wearing a smart grey shirt and trousers.
He remains in hospital in a serious condition this evening.
Police are trying to work out whether Mr Keightley was the victim of an attack or had an accident.
