Opponents of a giant waste incinerator in Cornwall say they have come up with alternatives which could save the county up to 320 million pounds.Cornwall Waste Forum says there are better ways of dealing with the county's household rubbish.
They include separate collection of food waste and creating a network of collection centres around Cornwall. Work has all ready started on the infrastructure for the incinerator at St.Dennis.
