Plymouth actor Jefferson Parlett has become the first in the world to hold a Masters degree in Contemporary Pantomime Practice.

The Bristol Hippodrome has had to call off its back-up pantomime - a socially-distanced production of Robin Hood - due to coronavirus restrictions.

The Bristol Hippodrome has confirmed that 'Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs' will not go ahead this year due to Covid-19. It will take place in 2021 instead
