A family from Chippenham say it’s "mind-blowing" to be home after spending nearly two years living in hospital waiting for their daughter's heart transplant.

Both Maxine and Phillip received life-saving transplants after being diagnosed with serious liver and heart issues.

Lisa Woodcock's family feared she wouldn't see 2022 but, thanks to a life-saving liver transplant, she's recovering well.
